With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, we thought it would be a great time to talk about relationships. Not romantic relationships (that’s not on our list of services), but the organization-employee relationship.

Its that time of the year where new resolutions and goals are being made for the new year. It is also a time of reflection and to take stock of what we have learned from the previous year.
